My name is Anthony and I'm committed to teaching people just like you how to live a balanced lifestyle. I'm a former engineer turned health and fitness entrepreneur. I thrive on connecting with people and helping others with their own journey of transformation.

I'm committed to practicing the principles that I teach my clients. I'm a vegan, a yogi, an avid runner, a hiker, and an enthusiastic meditator. I've seen firsthand the transformations that can take place when you shift your mindset and daily habits and start living a more intentional life. Sometimes, we get "stuck" in life without even realizing it. We wake up exhausted, take care of others, drag ourselves to work, sit in an office most of the day, deal with traffic, and repeat this cycle for days, weeks, months, and years. These disempowering patterns get so ingrained into our lives that eventually, we accept them as normal and don't even question them.
But, we're in the middle of a movement. More and more people are making intentional decisions about what they eat and where it comes from. More and more people are realizing that exercise is a way to get stronger, develop confidence, and boost endorphins. More and more people are focusing on self-care and meditation.

Community means having connection, dialogue, engagement, and intimacy with the people around us. A strong community allows us to be authentic, transparent, inspired, purposeful, and significant in our lives.
The communities that I'm a part of have shaped who I am. The other trainers I collaborate with are part of The YourDay Balance Game Community. We share ideas of balance, love, fitness, and mindfulness as tenants for experiencing life. I'm also part of several fitness meet-ups, including the Ponce City Market Run Club, West Midtown Run Club, and The November Project (a fitness meetup built on fellowship and camaraderie). I'm a member of the National Alumni Association of North Carolina A&T State University. Finally, I consider each of you - my clients and followers - to be an invaluable, enriching part of my community. Let's inspire each other!
